Objective: With the continuous increase of drug circulation and operating costs,the market competition between pharmaceutical companies has become increasingly fierce,and the variety of drugs,strict storage conditions,and unstable market demand have brought tremendous pressure on drug management.To this end,based on the market demand supply of drugs,drug quality and safety supervision,this paper combines the inventory management theory system to scientifically and effectively manage drug inventory.It has made certain contributions to the control of reasonable drug inventory,optimization of drug inventory structure,improvement of drug inventory management efficiency,reduction of resource waste,reduction of drug circulation costs and operation costs.Methods: First,make full use of a variety of network databases and related books and materials,study and sort out a large number of documents,and construct the theoretical framework and implementation plan of this research.Then combine qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to determine various factors affecting drug inventory management;Then based on the determined influencing factors,a mathematical model construction method is used to construct a multi-factor drug inventory model based on(T,s,Q)strategy.And through the multivariate function extremum solving theorem,and Matlab software calculation and analysis of the model optimal solution;Finally,empirical research and comparative analysis were used to verify the validity and feasibility of the constructedmodel based on the planning order data of a pharmaceutical company.At the same time,the comparative analysis method is used to compare the inventory cost of the original ordering strategy with the optimal ordering strategy.Results: In the pharmaceutical market demand for the random variation of the environment,we consider the drug storage cost,drug ordering cost,drug out-of-stock cost and drug temperature control cost and other factors,combined with an infinite period(T,s,Q)inventory strategy,successfully building an optimal ordering drug inventory model.And through the multivariate function extremum solving theorem,and Matlab software calculation and analysis,the maximum allowable out-of-stock quantity,optimal order quantity,optimal order period and total inventory total cost per unit time of the model are solved.And through sensitivity analysis of the model parameters,the influence of each parameter variation on drug ordering strategy in line with changes in market rules,thus proving the drug inventory control model constructed is reasonable.Finally,in the application analysis,the total inventory cost per unit time of the two ordering strategies is compared,and the optimal ordering strategy is slightly lower than the original t-cycle ordering strategy.Therefore,the application of the model has a certain effect on the enterprise to control the inventory of drugs,improve the efficiency of drug warehouse use,and reduce operating costs.Conclusion: Through the above results,whether it is theoretical analysis or empirical research,the multi-factor optimal ordering strategy drug inventory model constructed in this paper is reasonable and effective.Under certain conditions,it can be applied to drug inventory management with stochastic demand.
