Research On The Influencing Factors Of The Role Transformation Of Technological Entrepreneurs

As the main force of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation”,technological entrepreneur play a significant role in the key stage of transforming economic development structure and building an innovative country.As a high-quality entrepreneur with new knowledge,high technology and strong scientific research ability,the social benefits of technological achievements transformation are higher than that of ordinary entrepreneurship.However,the fact that the proportion of high-tech start-ups is low and the failure rate of start-ups is high shows that the entrepreneurial vitality of technology personnel has not been fully stimulated,and the effect of technology entrepreneurs in enterprise management is not ideal.Technology entrepreneurs succumb to traditional values,mindsets,and work habits.Without the sense of transformation,and the limitations of knowledge and ability,they often lack the experience and skills to engage in business,so it is not easy to transform into a successful manager.Therefore,to explore the influencing factors of the role transformation of technology entrepreneurs and their role path,to help entrepreneurs transform into successful managers becomes an urgent problem to be solved.This study takes domestic qualified technical entrepreneurs as the research object,and through reviewing relevant theories such as technology entrepreneurship,role conflict and role transformation,etc.,it is found that the current research on the growth of entrepreneurs is scarce,and there is even less research on the role transition of the main body of technology entrepreneurs,and there is no theory based on the Chinese situation.Therefore,using the grounded theory to carry out qualitative research,construct the influencing factor model of the transformation of the role of domestic technology entrepreneurs.This study uses grounded theory to study the influencing factors of the role of domestic technology entrepreneurs.First,identify 10 qualified technology entrepreneurs as research objects,collect first-hand data and second-hand data through in-depth interviews and networks,journals,media reports,etc.Based on the coding analysis of the collected data,512 concepts,36 sub-categories,9 main categories and 1 core category were obtained following the coding process of open coding,axial coding and selective coding,respectively.Then,based on the canonical analysis model and the interview data,the logical relationship between each main category and the corecategory was analyzed and summarized,and the influencing factor model of role transition of technology entrepreneurs was constructed.The model was interpreted according to the coding results and the interview data: Technology entrepreneur individual biography feature is an antecedent of the role conflict,individual perceived role conflict after transition mental consciousness,in which the individual the evaluation of the benefits and costs of transformation in this process play a regulatory role.Then the psychological consciousness of the transition acts as an intermediary to promote the individual to adopt trial-and-error and reflection behavior.The entrepreneurial team and social reference norms regulate this process as external situational factors,and then promote successful transformation through trial-and-error learning and reflective learning,while the external environment plays a regulating role in the whole role transformation process.Finally,in order to promote the successful transformation of technology entrepreneurs,this research recommends enhancing the transformational psychological awareness of technology entrepreneurs,giving full play to the role of entrepreneurial service organizations,and strengthening the formulation and implementation of policy.At the end of the paper,the author summarizes the achievements of this research on the role transformation of technology entrepreneurs,and puts forward the limitations of this study and the prospect of future research.
