China's petroleum machinery industry has been established since the founding of new China.It has been born and has gone through more than 60 years of history along with the development of socialist economy.Today,the socialist market economic system with Chinese characteristics has been initially established and improved.The process of world economic integration is deepening.Managers of China's petroleum machinery industry are striving to survive and develop in the fierce market competition,it has a place in the world's petroleum machinery market.How to make full use of their advantages and characteristics to find suitable platforms for petroleum machinery manufacturers is the key to the survival and development of enterprises.From the perspective of marketing,this paper studies the marketing strategy of TH Petroleum Group.The strategic adjustment proposal is proposed to enhance the marketing competitiveness of TH Petroleum Group.This paper is guided by the theory of marketing,and applying the basic principles and research methods of marketing.The characteristics of the oil drilling industry and the current market situation at home and abroad are analyzed in depth.The internal and external environment of TH Petroleum Group has been studied.Analysis of enterprise product strategy,price strategy,channel strategy and promotion strategy and so on,and the specific problems encountered in marketing work.Put forward the adjustment strategy of marketing strategy with TH oil group characteristics.Strive to make the new marketing strategy targeted and practical.Finally,through the improvement of marketing strategy,the marketing management level of TH Petroleum Group and the comprehensive competitiveness of the enterprise will be improved.The actual situation tells us that there are both fierce competition and marketing opportunities in the petroleum machinery industry market.Petroleum machinery manufacturing enterprises are facing both survival pressure and development potential.On the basis of thorough investigation and analysis of the existing marketing strategies of TH Petroleum Group,the author analyzes the causes of the problems.This paper puts forward the concrete adjustment suggestions of TH petroleum group'smarketing strategy,and explains the measures and principles of the adjustment strategy.So that the marketing work of TH Petroleum Group is more scientific and practical.And help enterprises develop better.At the same time,I hope this paper can play a referential role in the development of China's petroleum machinery industry.
