Xi’an Aerospace Base mainly develops four major industries: aerospace military and military-civilian integration industry,navigation and positioning service industry,photovoltaic and semiconductor lighting industry,cloud computing.The “aerospace vegetable” industry in the military-civilian integration industry has strong features such as practicability,high profitability,social value and sustainable development.The Y project of Xi’an Aerospace Base aims to build “aerospace vegetables” into a one-stop industrial structure for breeding,planting and marketing.How to make "aerospace vegetables" into the family table has become the biggest problem that hinders the growth of the "aerospace vegetable" industry.How to shorten the distance of the last one kilometer has become an urgent problem to be solved.The project is intended to be used to build a number of direct supply networks for community vegetables,including site selection,construction,operation and sales,and post-service of community vegetable direct supply outlets.The basis of this paper is to analyze the project risk management theory and fully consider the real state of the Y project of Xi’an Aerospace Base.It points out the problems of project risk management in the process of aerospace vegetable marketization,including the imperfect risk management organization.The risk awareness is not strong,the system is not perfect,the evaluation mechanism is not perfect,and the emergency plan is not perfect.In order to analyze the above problems,the reasons are mainly analyzed from the management’s emphasis on risk,employee training and education,management experience and organizational structure.Actively and effectively discriminate and evaluate various risk factors existing in the investment decision stage,construction and construction stage,and operation stage of Y project,and comprehensively consider the internal and external factors of the project,and design an objective and effective risk management response method,and combine Y The actual status of the project proposes targeted and operational improvement measures in the aspects of organization and human resourcemanagement,risk monitoring and mechanism system construction.
