With the sustained growth of China's economy,China's automotive industry has also been developing rapidly,which has brought important opportunities for the development of the automotive parts industry as the basis of the whole automotive industry,but also brought serious challenges in the market,brand,service and price disputes between domestic and foreign auto parts enterprises have become increasingly fierce with the expansion of the market.Facing the fierce competition in the automobile parts industry,if H Company wants to establish and maintain its own competitive advantage in the market and win a place in the market,it must formulate and implement a scientific and reasonable enterprise development strategy,and consider the survival and development of the enterprise from a longer perspective,according to the existing internal resources of the enterprise.Ability,upgrade the development strategy in an all-round way,ensure the effective implementation of the strategy,thereby improving the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises.Therefore,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the development strategy of H company,and puts forward feasible development strategy choice,implementation plan and safeguard measures suitable for the future development of H company.Firstly,it analyzes the internal resources and capabilities of H company under the guidance of the relevant knowledge of enterprise strategy.It is found that H company has its unique features in human resources,technical resources,management resources and capital resources,but there are also some problems such as unreasonable human resources structure,poor independent innovation ability,and lack of investment in R&D funds.Enough questions.The ability analysis of H company shows that H company has competitive advantages in terms of revenue,production capacity and emergency capability,but it is obviously deficient in customer development ability and innovation ability.Secondly,the external environment faced by H company is analyzed.In the macro external environment,the PEST analysis model is used to analyze the macro environment of H company.On the whole,the macro environment faced by H company is very superior.In the aspect of industry environment,this paper uses Porter's five-force model to analyze the industry environment faced by H company.It is found that H company is facing more competition from the same industry,and there are some substitutes.Both buyers and suppliers lack bargaining power,and the overall industry environment is more severe.H company formulating development strategy.Through SWOT analysis model,combined with internal and external environment analysis,the SO growth strategy is selected for H company,and the strategic contents and implementation methods are formulated in detail fromthe aspects of product development,technological innovation,quality management,cost leadership,market development and personnel training;finally,from the aspects of human resources,capital,management,enterprise culture and so on.It also puts forward some safeguard measures for the implementation of H company's development strategy and provides guarantee for the smooth implementation of the development strategy.
