Exploration Of Urbanization Development

Recent years in China,urbanization development is progressing into an accelerated period,China's urbanization rate has reached 58.52% in 2017.In the process of urbanization development,characteristic town is an important breakthrough for China's new-type urbanization development,an important force for supply-side structural reform,and an important starting point for the development of urbanization.Due to the unique resource advantages of the innate sedimentation,the characteristic town can effectively promote the upgrading and transformation of the regional economic industry and population structure,build an industrial system around its high-quality resources,and promote the accumulation of various production factors with “features” as the core,in order to form an emerging industrial space organization form,to inject endogenous motivation for the sustainable development of the regional economy.The unique geographical location of the characteristic town can effectively undertake the spillover resources of the core urban agglomeration,thus realize the resource linkage of small towns and core urban agglomeration,form a reasonable labor division and urban hierarchy system,in order to improve the quality of urban agglomerations,and improve the dual structure of urban and rural areas to a certain extent.This paper takes H Group's participation in the real case of urbanization construction of the characteristic town of Anren,which is adjacent to Chengdu City,Sichuan Province,as the research subject.Based on the detailed study of relevant research documents,by adopting the methods of document analysis,on-site survey,on-site tracking,focused interview,questionnaires and etc.,this paper has analyzed in-depth,during the development process,about the government-enterprise collaboration model,the enrichment of the core spirit of characteristic town's cultural heritage,the introduction of characteristic industries,the construction of immersive experimental scene,the platform-based operation model;the diversified income ecosystem accomplished by the combination of gain/loss/balance projects,and summarized the development features and problems,thus made suggestions on the problems which might occur in the future development and construction of the characteristic town of Anren.In this paper,the author conducts the study in five different sections:Introduction.This section mainly gives introductions about the urbanization development paths,the background of China's present urbanization progress,and summarized the research purport,research content,logical structure,research methods,research contributions and etc.Documents review.This section comes to a clear conception about urbanization by combing through the theoretical basis and content system of the urbanization research.Through the explanation of the definition,features and formation mechanism of characteristic town,this section analyses the challenges and opportunities about taking characteristic town as a very important starting point to reach urbanization progress,also concludes the significance about taking characteristic town as a very important starting point to realize urbanization implementation.Research and evaluation.Through the urbanization feasibility research and evaluation about the case entity-the town of Anren,this section comes to an conclusion that the town of Anren possesses adequate resource advantages to achieve urbanization development,and H Group has rooted in the enterprise genes and strategies which highly favor and fit the pre-requisites of the conduct of urbanization development.Case study.The case analysis on H Group's development of the characteristic town of Anren summarizes the implementation paths and experience of H Group's participation in the urbanization development of Anren,explains in details about H Group's new ideas,new actions,and new achievements during the construction process.Conclusion and suggestions.This section concludes the successful implementation of the urbanization development on the real case study and analysis in previous sections,meanwhile,proposes some guarantee measures and suggestions on the problems which occur during H Group's urbanization development and construction of Anren.The purport of this paper is to,through the study of H Group's investment and development of the project of Sichuan Anren Characteristic Town,comb through the features of characteristic town development,summarize the development model of characteristic town construction,reveal the problems during characteristic town construction,enrich the relevant theories about urbanization,expand the development theories of characteristic town construction,support the characteristic town development with theoretical foundation and policy basis;meanwhile,provide supportive real case research and analysis to similar enterprises in urbanization development through the path of characteristic town.The remaining shortcomings of this paper are that China has a late start in the characteristic town development and has a very different drive model from foreign town development.In view of the fact that the subject of this study is the enterprise expansion pattern in the process of urbanization in the southwest region of China,also considering the differences of geographical characteristics and local environment between different regions in China,this study might not be applicable to the development of characteristic towns in other regions of China.Due to the long time consumption of the characteristic town project,the expansion methods and development patterns are still in the stage of exploration and verification,any accurate verification results or performance are still not available.
