In recent years,the development practice of China's feed industry has proved that feed industry is an important industry to increase farmers' income,and its role in national economic development is more and more obvious.However,there are few researches on purchasing management.With the further intensification of market competition,the importance of enterprise to procurement will be gradually improved.The effective combination of purchasing cost and management will become more and more important.The more effective the purchasing and inventory management is,the more obvious the purchase cost is.With the development of information,procurement management and inventory control can be managed synchronously.The minimum procurement cost is the only key factor in purchasing management,making it the strategic consideration of the whole company.It is necessary to make clear how to effectively cooperate with suppliers or take effective management,and to understand the change of market data.This article aims to combine the basic principles of purchasing management with the concrete practice of feed enterprises,contact the development status of TW enterprises and the experience in purchasing,put forward the optimization suggestions,give full play to the role of feed enterprises,explore the ways and methods to improve the management level of purchasing,and then raise the competitiveness of the high feed enterprises.With different studying methods such as researching books and site investigation,on the basis of studying the purchasing management of feed enterprises under the supply chain environment,this paper makes an in-depth analysis on the procurement management of TW company and focuses on the key problems in the transformation of the procurement model.Firstly,it expounds the relevant theoretical knowledge of purchasing management,and draws on the mature research theory and practical experience at home and abroad.Based on the transformation of purchasing model,this paper analyzes the procurement management,and probes into the related theories of supply chain and procurement management.Secondly,combined with the current development of feed industry at home and abroad,the macro environment of feed industry at home and abroad is expounded.Finally,according to the current situation of TW company's purchasing management,the existing problems in the existing procurement management are clarified.Through the study,it is found that the framework system of supplier selection and evaluation should be set up,and introduce an advanced purchasing information management system according to the daily optimization management framework system of suppliers.In this way,the purchasing strategy of TW company can be established,and the material standard technology will be effectively reformed.At the same time,on the basis of the present situation of TW company procurement,the concrete analysis and research make the enterprises pay more attention to the role of purchasing in the development of the enterprises,help the enterprises to reduce the purchasing cost,establish an effective purchasing management system for the feed enterprises in our country,shorten the product development cycle and improve the production efficiency.
