Research On The Transformation And Development Of China Construction Bank's Network In Zhengzhou City

The current global financial market competition is increasingly fierce,in order to meet customer demand,improve the bank's appeal,improve customer satisfaction,each big commercial bank gradually aware of the importance of the network transformation and are on the path of transformation.Construction bank during the 10 years completed shareholding reform important juncture,10 years successively completed two business transformation,and transformation of market competition strategy has a profound understanding,therefore,a new round of transformation is the inevitable choice of CCB's survival and development.Therefore,this paper takes "the urban network transformation and development strategy of Zhengzhou city,China construction bank" as the research subject.This paper first explains the background and research significance of the topic selection,introduces the main content and research methods of this paper,and expounds the main contributions of this paper.Secondly,the paper introduces the theories related to the bank network layout,and provides theoretical support for the construction of this paper by understanding the theory of bank network transformation.In addition,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems and challenges faced by Zhengzhou urban branch of CCB,and carries out SWOT analysis on Zhengzhou urban branch of CCB.Finally put forward in order to strengthen the management of personnel and business transformation,in order to strengthen the management of performance appraisal system and the transformation of marketing management services for the construction bank of Zhengzhou city site comprehensive transformation of business development strategy,and from culture,organization,capital and personnel four aspects comprehensive business transformation to improve network security measures are put forward.It is expected that the research of this paper will help CCB to carry out its branch transformation in Zhengzhou city smoothly,so as to improve the profitability and marketing efficiency of the branch.
