Water is essential to human beings.With the upgrading of domestic consumption,consumers have a stronger concern for health.The industry of bottled water in China increases by 10% annually.In the year of 2017,the value of retail sales exceeds 100 billion RMB.Both the demand and competition become more intense.Nowadays,people not only need bottled water,but also have a higher request for the sanity of the source of water.This provides a good market opportunity for the Seawater desalination bottled water(SDBW below)business of Hebei Guohua Cangdong Power Ltd.The corporation should develop a effective marketing strategy of SDBW,in order to expand the market share as well as improve company image.Based on the overseas SDBW marketing practice,and current condition of domestic bottled water industry,this research analyzes the trend of SDBW industry,examines the current marketing and operation problems of SDBW factory of Hebei Cangdong Power Ltd.The SWOT approach is applied to analyze the enterprise resource as well as the internal and external environment,in order to work out the 4Ps strategies for the company and provide some supporting measures.In this research,a compound marketing strategy is introduced to cope with current marketing difficulties of the company.Hopefully,it will provide implications for business in the same line.
