Research On The Opening Of Accurate Poverty Alleviation Audit Result

Precision poverty alleviation is an important policy for building a well-off society in an all-round way and realizing the goal of "two hundred years" struggle.It is also an arduous battle.It is also a tough battle.In recent years,with the gradual advancement of the battle against poverty,the auditing organs have also intensified the auditing of poverty alleviation funds and policy implementation.At present,the announcement of the audit results of the precise poverty alleviation issued by the central and local government departments at all levels reflects the current situation of the poverty alleviation audit work in China.Since 2013,the number of announcements on precise poverty alleviation has been relatively small,and some areas involved in the audit project of poverty alleviation funds have never issued corresponding announcements on the results of poverty alleviation audit.Individual provinces only disclose a section of information about accurate poverty alleviation audits in annual government work reports.In the field of poverty alleviation audit,the main focus is on how to establish pre-event,in-event and post-event audit management mechanism,focusing on promoting the implementation of poverty alleviation policies,ensuring the safety of funds and improving the efficiency of poverty alleviation funds.However,the research on the publicity of the results of the precise poverty alleviation audit is still in the blank stage.Therefore,it is still of great theoretical and practical significance to improve the quality of the publicity of accurate poverty alleviation audit results and ensure the timely realization of the goal of poverty alleviation.This paper takes the announcement of the results of the precise poverty alleviation audit issued by the Audit Office and the provincial and municipal audit institutions as the research object.Firstly,it combs and reviews the research of many scholars at home and abroad on the disclosure of government information,the quality of the audit results,the problems and policy recommendations of the precise poverty alleviation audit.Then,the theoretical basis of this paper is deeply studied,and the related concepts of precision poverty alleviation audit and information disclosure are defined.Based on the fiduciary responsibility theory and information transmission theory,this paper studies the current situation of information disclosure of audit office and local precision poverty alleviation audit,and analyses the characteristics of the results disclosure of precision poverty alleviation audit.In the analysis of the present situation and characteristics of the publicity of the audit results of the precise poverty alleviation,the author finds that with the increasing public concern of the precise poverty alleviation,the publicity of the audit results of the precise poverty alleviation promotes the public's participation in the supervision of public opinion,and public participation is essential in the process of achieving a comprehensive poverty alleviation.However,in the process of publicity,there are still a series of problems,such as the insufficient number of audit results,the vague specific information of audit situation,and the untimely publicity of audit results.Therefore,the author hopes to put forward suggestions on the related policies of the publicity of the audit results of the precise poverty alleviation,promote the improvement of the publicity of the audit results of the precise poverty alleviation,play an important role in the supervision system of the Party and the state,and ensure the timely realization of the goal of poverty alleviation.
