Under the new normal situation of China's reform and opening up and "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",entrepreneurship activities continue to increase, and new ventures become one of the active individuals in the market economy. In order to survive and develop, new entrepreneurs must constantly take multi-path to build social networks.Academic research on the role of entrepreneurial resources and their access in social capital and entrepreneurial performance is not very rich. The existing literature still lacks reasonable answers on how new entrepreneurs should choose appropriate network embedding methods based on their own endowments to acquire and integrate resources and achieve the improvement of entrepreneurial performance. This study introduces entrepreneurship resource acquisition as a mediating variable to study how social capital of entrepreneurs in new ventures affects entrepreneurship performance through resource cooperation, resource transfer and resource exchange.Based on literature research and practical observation, this paper constructs an analysis framework and research model of entrepreneurs' social network, entrepreneurship resources access and entrepreneurship performance of new ventures, and puts forward relevant research hypotheses.Empirical research on 138 valid samples shows that, firstly, the structural embedding, relational embedding and cognitive embedding of entrepreneurs' social capital have a positive impact on the entrepreneurship performance of new ventures.Secondly, resource cooperation, resource exchange and resource transfer are all effective ways to improve the entrepreneurial performance of new ventures.Thirdly, the relationship embeddedness of entrepreneurs affects the resource exchange of enterprises, and resource exchange plays an intermediary role between the relationship embeddedness of entrepreneurs and the entrepreneurial performance of new ventures. The degree of cognitive embeddedness of entrepreneurs affects the resource transfer of enterprises, and resource transfer plays a mediating role between the cognitive embeddedness of entrepreneurs and the entrepreneurial performance of new ventures.Based on the above empirical results, this paper proposes the following management implications: entrepreneurs should avoid overly homogeneous members of social networks, expand the scale of social networks, and obtain the key resources needed for the growth of enterprises from weak relationships. In the process of social interaction, entrepreneurs should consciously establish mutual trust and reciprocity relationship with network members who have these resources according to the capital, technology, knowledge and other resources needed for the development of enterprises. They can also obtain deeper recognition of network members by sharing vision, using the same language and sharing values.Specific strategies include the following two points: First, entrepreneurs can exchange resources with network members who already have good trust and social identity to obtain entrepreneurship resources, such as purchasing, providing information or knowledge to the provider to obtain resources for the development of enterprises.Second, entrepreneurs can build channels of knowledge and technology circulation based on the relationship between high trust and identity, which is similar to corporate culture, language or vision. They can obtain entrepreneurial resources from mature enterprises and promote the survival and development of enterprises.
