As a kind of transportation mode advocated by the whole nation,shared bicycles are prevailing in cities all over the country.The development of shared bicycle service system can effectively alleviate the problem of urban traffic congestion and improve the operation efficiency of urban traffic.However,China’s bike sharing service is still in its infancy,and there are still many problems and deficiencies that need to be further improved.Therefore,the study on the service quality of shared bikes bears important practical significance.This paper is mainly divided into four parts:The first part is the research on the factors of tripartite collaborative management of shared bicycle service quality.The evaluation system of affecting the customer satisfaction of Shared bikes is divided into four dimensions in this part.Through the empirical analysis,it’s obtained that Shared cycling service quality can be studied from four parts,the public facility service quality,online operation service quality,offline operation service quality and behavior supervision service quality.The second part is the analysis of the current situation of tripartite collaborative management of Shared bicycle service quality.This chapter analyzes the current situation of service quality of Shared bicycles from the perspective of multiple subjects.At the government level,through the method of literature investigation and analysis,this paper integrates the management regulations on Shared bicycles proposed by Nanchang municipal government and analyzes the existing problems.At the operator level,comparative analysis is adopted to analyze the operation mode of four sharing bicycle operating enterprises in Nanchang,and their difficulties encountered in the operation process,so as to provide strategic support for the countermeasures proposed later.At the user level,the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method(FCEM)is used to evaluate the satisfaction of citizens in Nanchang after using shared bicycles and objectively describe the current situation of shared bicycles in Nanchang.So that the improvement measures proposed in the following part are based on the reality.The third part is the analysis of the tripartite collaborative management process of shared bicycle service quality.According to the operating status and characteristics of Shared bicycle,SOCM cycle management mode for improving service quality of shared bicycle is put forward from four links of supply,operation,supervision and maintenance.Multiple governance concept of Shared bicycle is emphasized in the whole process.The fourth part is the research on the tripartite coordinated management strategy of shared bicycle service quality.Based on the characteristics of SOCM cycle management mode,this paper puts forward a tripartite collaborative governance scheme of shared bicycle,centering on users.The government and operating enterprises carry out corresponding work around this center,aiming at improving the satisfaction of shared bicycle service quality and promoting the sustainable development of shared bicycle.This paper mainly systematically analyzes the problems existing in the opera tion process through the study of service quality of shared bicycle and the SOC M cycle management process for improving service quality of shared bicycles is designed by combining theory with practice.In order to better integrate the con cept of collaborative governance into the four stages of "supply-operation-superv ision-maintenance",a comprehensive three-party collaborative governance scheme for Shared bicycles is proposed.
