By the end of 2018,there were nearly 7,000 listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchanges,and they will still be a period of rapid development in the future.According to incomplete surveys,after deducting insurance and financial companies,90% of the listed companies have related party transactions in varying degrees.Related party relations and transactions have become a common phenomenon in the economic life of enterprises.In recent years,more and more listed companies and managers in China’s capital market have been using complex and unfair related party transactions to whitewash performance,attract and deceive investors,and speculate in high stock prices for a short period of time,so as to achieve the goal of high-level cashing of controlling shareholders.Yes.This large number of ill-defined and difficult-to-regulate affiliated party relationships and transactions has posed difficulties for auditing.At the same time,new economic formats have emerged,such as Internet enterprises,these new economic forms,although laws and regulations and regulatory bodies continue to formulate strong rules and regulations for new affiliated party transactions.Because of the higher complexity and concealment of the new related party transactions,the auditor’s personal ability is insufficient when facing these new audit tasks,which makes the audit work difficult to fully remind the listed companies of the risks of related party transactions.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,elaborating the research background and significance,and analyzing the research status at home and abroad.The second part defines the related party and its transaction,and makes a detailed analysis of the current situation of the related party transaction of Listed Companies in China.The third part is the analysis of related party transaction fraud and its audit status,mainlyintroducing the common means of related party transaction fraud,related party transaction fraud audit status and audit problems.The fourth part takes LS company as an example to analyze related party transaction fraud.The fifth part is about the audit countermeasures against the fraud of related party transactions.It mainly introduces how to identify the deliberate concealment of related party transactions by the auditees,and then judge whether these related party transactions are fair or not.The sixth part is the conclusion,which summarizes the above contents.
