| With the advancement and rapid development of China’s modern economy and science and technology,the upgrading of electronic products in China is also accelerating.At this stage,large-scale electrical or electronic equipment that is no longer used has become electronic waste(commonly known as “e-waste”).These e-wastes contain a variety of materials,especially some precious metals and heavy metals.If not properly disposed of them,these e-wastes will cause great harm to humans and the natural environment,so their recycling has attracted people’s extensive attention and has become a hot topic in the current society.In response to the disposal of electronic waste,the government has issued a series of regulations and announcements to meet the management and promotion of the recycling of electronic waste.However,due to the weak consumer awareness of environmental protection,this series of policies has not been fundamentally resolved these problems.To this end,all members of the closed-loop supply chain must fully consider the impact of consumer environmental awareness on recycling,choose an optimal recycling strategy based on consumer environmental awareness,optimal pricing and ideal decision-making.Based on the above background,this article uses the consumer utility theory and related knowledge of game theory to construct a closed-loop supply chain system of two recycling channels of e-waste that is jointly involved in recycling by two recyclers,taking into account different consumer environmental awareness and consumer-to-electronics Waste disposal costs,study the recovery function of each member of the supply chain,optimal recovery,optimal recovery price,and optimal profit.The specific research content is as follows:First,we study the problem of the closed-loop supply chain management mode of the dual-channel recycling e-waste by both manufacturers and retailers participated in recycling,which is considered under the environmental awareness of consumers.And then we obtain manufacturer and retailer’s optimal strategy,consumer optimal environmental awareness and the manufacturer’s optimal transfer price in the case of independent decision and cooperative decision.Furthermore,through a numerical calculation example,we analyze the effect of consumer awareness of environmental protection for the optimal strategy.Thus,we can obtain that the model is a reasonableand dual channel cooperation decision which is the ideal decision for the recycling of electronic waste under the consumer awareness of environmental protection.Second,we establish a closed-loop supply chain system of dual recovery channels jointly recovered by manufacturers and retailers,based on uncertain market demand and consumer’s environmental awareness and consider the market demand is used as a function of sales price.In the case of centralized decision-making and decentralized decision-making,we study the optimal decision-making problem of each member in closed-loop supply chain,then make a qualitative and quantitative analysis of the influence of consumer’s environmental awareness on the optimal decision of manufacturer and retailer.The results show that in the case of centralized decision-making,the increase in consumer’s environment awareness is beneficial to entire supply chain system,however in the case of decentralized decision-making the increase in consumer’s environment awareness is only beneficial to the manufacturer.Third,considering the stochastic consumer’s environmental awareness and the amount of recovery that depends on the recovery price,established a dual-channel reverse supply chain pricing model consisting of a regular recycler and an informal recycler on the case of consumers have processing costs and no processing costs,discusses the optimal pricing strategy of regular recycler and informal recycler,analysis the impact of consumer objective valuation on the optimal strategy. |
