| The main purpose of this paper is to study the e-commerce business model of H company’s maternal and infant e-commerce platform.According to the current development trend of China’s maternal and infant market environment,the needs and preferences of Chinese maternal and infant users,and the positioning of H company’s maternal and infant platform,the advantages and disadvantages of H company’s maternal and infant e-commerce platform are summarized.Establish a business model suitable for H company’s maternal and infant e-commerce platform,improve market share,and make the platform invincible in China’s maternal and infant market competition.In this paper,the main business model differences of maternal and infant platforms in the maternal and infant market are compared,and the advantages and disadvantages of several most representative maternal and infant platforms are analyzed,laying a foundation for the determination of the business model of H company’s maternal and infant e-commerce platform.Secondly,taking H company’s maternal and infant ecommerce platform as the research object,this paper USES the theory of customer relationship management to analyze H company’s platform positioning,user demand preference,market demand preference,market user life cycle and so on.This paper analyzes the whole process of H company’s business model design and implementation with the basic theories of e-commerce strategic planning,value chain and value network.At the same time,combining the characteristics of The Times and the industry,we find out the e-commerce business model suitable for the development of H company’s maternal and infant e-commerce platform and the influencing factors for the healthy development of the platform.Finally,the business model of H company’s maternal and infant e-commerce platform is studied and analyzed in depth,and specific implementation strategies are proposed.By improving the management and innovation of the company’s e-commerce business model,the platform will continuously improve its competitiveness and... |
