Study On Inventory Management Optimization Of A Fast Moving Consumer Goods Company Under Supply Chain

With the development of the times,the competition between enterprises has turned to the competition between supply chains.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the cooperation and coordination between enterprises in each node of the supply chain and build a flexible supply chain.With the improvement of the living standards of the domestic residents,people's consumption has been continuously upgraded,the demands of consumers for individual and diversified needs to be quickly met,The entire supply chain must be able to respond quickly.Firstly,this paper summarizes the theories related to the inventory management,taking the A Fast Moving Consumer Goods Company as the research object,it investigates the current mode and status of the company A about the inventory management,and finds that they are many problems about it,such as:the "bullwhip phenomenon" of inventory is more and more serious,the inventory structure of SKU is unreasonable between the warehouses in the whole supply chain and the lower order fill rate,etc;And then finding the reasons of inventory management problems from the view of internal and external of company A;Finally,it discusses the optimization strategy of inventory management based on supply chain coordination.By the integration design of internal and external,under the goal of customers' demands,the supply chain links are completed on schedule?quality and quantity.Which realizing the coordinated development between the customer needs and the supply chain plans,and achieving the integration of the supply chain by end-to-end.Ultimately it makes it possible to respond quickly to the needs of consumers and customers,optimizing the structure of inventory of company A throughout the whole country and reducing the inventory level of the whole supply chain.
