In recent years,with the continuous development of the knowledge economy,the accelerating pace of globalization,the rapid development of science and technology,and the continuous impact of online information,the development of enterprises encounters new challenges.It is well-known that human capital is the source of human wealth and economic progress.Competition among enterprises is,in the final analysis,a competition between people.Currently,companies have paid more attention to the application and management of talents and have constantly updated and developed their performance management.Many entrepreneurs and senior managers have already realized the importance of performance management,and expect to achieve organizational goals through scientific and rational performance management methods to improve and enhance corporate profits.Therefore,how to establish a suitable performance management model for their own companies and promote their application has become a problem for many entrepreneurs and senior managers.This article focuses on the establishment of a corporate performance management system,and briefly explains the concepts of performance,performance management,and performance evaluation,and summarizes the research dynamics of performance management at home and abroad.At the same time,based on the principle of combining theory with practice,questionnaire survey and interviews were conducted to conduct field surveys of 260 staff at the enterprise of Baishui Dukang.The current performance management system of Baishui Dukang was studied in depth and combined with related performance management theories.Using a combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,author found out the problems of performance management system and analyzed them in Dukang.Then,established an optimized design of performance management system to match the development of the company,which will change the situation of performance management and enhance the performance management level.This article has direct instructional and referenced significance for Shanxi Dukang Wine Group to build a scientific and reasonable performance management system and effectively improve various problems existing in the current status of the company's performance management operations.At the same time,it will provide inspiration and help for other companies to transform and improve performance management model in the Chinese liquor industry.
