| Since the beginning of the land reform,China's irrational economic development model has caused huge waste of resources.In the case of limited supply of resources,it is no longer possible to develop the economy by expanding land and to move toward an external development path.If we are to continue to develop,we must continuously improve the efficiency of land use and make the level of land use extremely concentrated.Reasonable adjustment of the industrial structure is a way to promote the development level of social production value.On the one hand,industrial structure can be said to be another manifestation of land use structure.Changes in land use structure will also be reflected in the industrial structure,so land use in the region is closely related to socio-economic development.How to allocate land use resources scientifically and effectively,and achieve effective environmental protection and rapid economic development.How to rationally adjust the land structure,optimize the industrial structure,establish a scientific and effective land use planning database,and promote regional economic development is a major issue that needs to be solved urgently.Therefore,this paper takes the impact of Aksu's land use structure on the industrial structure as the entry point.Collecting data related to industrial economy in the 15 years of Aksu City and land use data from 2009 to 2017,using land resource management,industrial economics and other related distribution theory to study and analyze the land use structure characteristics and industrial structure evolution of Aksu City.Based on Pearson's correlation analysis and gray correlation analysis,the paper analyzes the impact and driving force of land use structure on industrial structure.Finally,it proposes countermeasures to promote the coordinated development of land use structure and industrial structure in Aksu.This paper draws the following conclusions:(1)From the perspective of industrial structure,Aksu is currently in the mid-term rapid development period of industrialization.Before 2008,the proportion of Aksu City was always higher than the average level of Xinjiang.From 2008 to 2017,theproportion of Aksu City was lower than the average level of Xinjiang.Second,the proportion of the output value of the second industry in Aksu showed an upward trend,but in the same period of Xinjiang.The proportion of the output value of the secondary industry showed a steady and gradual upward trend.Third,the proportion of the tertiary industry in Aksu's GDP is rising-declining-increasing.In the same period,the average proportion of the tertiary industry in Xinjiang has shown a relatively stable trend.(2)In 2009-2017,the land area of ??various land types in Aksu City has increased to varying degrees;the proportion of land use shows a downward trend: the proportion of cultivated land,forest land and grassland has decreased year by year,and the proportion of land occupation has been from 2003 to 2003.17.67,6.88,3.79,and 60.25 fell to 17.43,6.59,3.72,and 59.42 in 2017,with annual averages of 0.02,0.03,0.01,and 0.09,respectively.(3)Through the analysis of the rate coefficient of land structure and industrial structure in Aksu,between 2009 and 2017,the industrial structure change rate of Aksu City showed an overall upward trend,increasing from 6.35 in 2009 to 23.98 in 2017.The increase was 17.63 percentage points,but on the whole,the land use structure change rate index is still on the rise,but its growth rate is significantly smaller than the industrial structure change rate index in the same period,indicating that the structural change intensity of Aksu land use is less than the degree of industrial structure change..(4)Using the grey correlation coefficient to measure the impact of land use structure on the industrial structure,it is found that as the number of cultivated land decreases,the tertiary industry begins to develop rapidly,and there is a significant positive correlation between the two;moreover,the reduction of cultivated land There is a certain correlation with the three major industries,which may have a certain relationship with the occupation of farmland and the transformation of the work function of residents.There is a significant correlation between the garden and the primary industry,which may be related to the development of the cultivation of characteristic vegetable and fruit agriculture in the city of Aksu.The construction landhas a strong positive correlation with the tertiary industry and a negative correlation with the primary industry.In short,the land use structure of Aksu City has also promoted the rapid development of various industries in the context of continuous optimization and transformation,improved the efficiency of land use,and improved the intensive use of land in Aksu City. |
