Study On Optimization Of Instant Logistics Distribution Mode Under The New Retail Trend

The development and popularization of information network and mobile communication technology have formed a huge impact on the traditional retail industry,so offline enterprises have been transformed into new retail enterprises,focusing on time-saving,fast and convenient terminal distribution,in order to meet the public trend of consumption mode.At the same time,with the development of the Internet,the research focus of instant logistics gradually develops to improve the efficiency of terminal distribution.The research objectives of the two overlap in how to improve the efficiency of terminal distribution to improve customer satisfaction,which is also the entry point of this paper.Firstly,this paper clarifies the origin of the concept of new retail and instant logistics and the relationship between them,and summarizes the existing literature,research ideas and methods.Secondly,it summarizes and compares the common instant logistics distribution modes under the new retail trend.Finally,the real-time logistics mode is lied to improve the distribution efficiency.The innovation point of this paper is to analyze and summarize the basic mode of instant logistics under the new retail trend,and put forward the new mode with the characteristics of large chain entity retail enterprises.On this basis,the theoretical model is established,and finally the purpose of optimizing distribution path is achieved through the lication of instant logistics distribution mode.This is taken from a large chain retail enterprise entity and geographic data as an example,through the parameter setting and adjustment of the actual problem into a theory model,analysis model calculation results and the practical lication of the new retail real-time logistics distribution mode effect evaluation,through the evaluation results to optimize a distribution scheme and planning,summary for new retailenterprises tips real-time logistics distribution mode.
