The rail transit industry is a strategic and pillar industry that is related to China's national economy and people's livelihood.It is a beautiful business card of "Made in China".In order to further enlarge and strengthen China's rail transit industry,it is the basis for establishing a reasonable and effective supply chain for cooperation and win-win.Choosing the right supplier is the basis of the foundation.This paper first introduces the research background and research purposes of this paper,and points out the necessity and urgency of establishing a supplier selection system for the leading enterprises in China's rail transit supporting industry,and introduces the relevant theoretical concepts of the supply chain.The status quo of domestic and foreign research selected by suppliers is elaborated.The current mainstream supplier selection methods are analyzed and compared in detail,and the analytic hierarchy process is selected as the research method of this paper.Secondly,this paper expounds the active procurement process of KTK Group,and introduces the characteristics of KTK Group's procurement,which has many complicated product models,urgent procurement of products,high quality requirements and non-standard parts.The problems existing in the current procurement methods of the current group have laid the foundation for the following construction of the supplier evaluation index system.Next,according to the product characteristics of KTK Group,according to the principle of scientific index selection,15 secondary evaluations such as quality assurance,cost control,delivery capability,R&D level and after-sales service are selected.Indicators,and the connotation of each evaluation index,the introduction of the indicators,the use of AHP to calculate the comprehensive weight of each indicator,and the establishment of the current supplier selection system.At the same time,for the evaluation of teaching because of the different nature of the reasons can not be directly calculated,the value of quantitative evaluation indicators introduced the same trend and non-dimensional calculation.The influence of the original value on the evaluation results is retained to the maximum extent,and the distribution law of the original value of the evaluation index is accorded with as far as possible under the premise of easy calculation.Finally,through supplier selection simulation of chair rotating mechanism of KTK Group,the supplier selection system is applied in practice,and compared withthe original supplier selection method,the new method is proved to be scientific and reasonable.Through summarizing and prospecting the full text,the next research direction is pointed out.In view of the special requirements and industry characteristics of KTK Group's procurement,this paper has established a set of targeted,reasonable and effective supplier evaluation system for KTK Group,which has consolidated the operation base of KTK Group.At the same time,it has a good reference and reference value for other enterprises in the rail transit supporting industry.
