Analysis Of Residents’ Choosing Willingness And It’s Influencing Factors Of Bed And Breakfast

In the context of this experience economy era,people’s needs are becoming more and more diversified.On the travel accommodation,warm and casual personalized B & B are in sight and has become one of the most competitive products in the lodging industry.This article attempts to analyze residents’ willingness of choosing Bed and Breakfast(B & B)and its influencing factors by means of the questionnaire survey and statistical analysis.The specific content includes the overall analysis of the willingness of staying in B & B and its differential analysis,the residents’ perception of the image of B & B and it’s influencing factors..The main conclusions are as follows :(1)The willingness of residents to stay in B & B is slightly stronger,showing significant differences in demographic characteristics such as gender,education,monthly income and the times of stays.In terms of gender,the female group is slightly more willing than the male group;In terms of education,the primary school education group has the strongest willingness to stay;As for monthly income,those with a monthly income of 4001-6000 have the highest willingness to live in B & B;In terms of the times of stays,the residents’ willingness to stay at B & B increases with the times of stays.(2)Residents have the best perception on B & B image of culture and external environment,followed by sanitation,safety,location,supporting facilities,nd transportation,service and price of B & B are common.(3)Culture,external environment,location,price and sanitation have different impacts on the willingness of staying in B & B;Among them,external environment of B & B is found to be the most influential factors,followed by culture and location,price and sanitation also havel a little influence.Finally,in order to improve the willingness of urban residents to stay in,the paper puts forward feasible suggestions: creating a good external environment and cultural atmosphere;paying attention to the location conditions of B & B;strengthening the price management;the fourth is to pay attention to the sanitation of B & B;and the fifth is to strengthen publicity and enhance the popularity of B & B.
