Under the background of economic and medical development and family planning,the proportion of the elderly population in China is increasing,and the aging of the population has become a problem that cannot be ignored.The quality of life of the elderly has become a hot topic of research,especially in rural areas.The quality of life of people,and the rural social security system is one of the important ways to solve the problem of the quality of life of rural elderly.In 2009,China’s new rural insurance system began its formal pilot work,which means that China’s rural social security work has entered an important turning point,while rural elderly people are the main beneficiaries of this policy.The research on the impact of new rural insurance on the quality of life of rural elderly can provide theoretical advice for improving the rural social endowment insurance system in China,and has certain theoretical significance for the further development and improvement of rural social security system in China;The aspect can propose corresponding improvement suggestions for improving the economic level and health status of the elderly,and it has certain reference significance for the government to further improve the quality of life of the elderly.This paper uses literature review method,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to study the impact of new rural insurance on the quality of life of rural elderly.In view of the comprehensive evaluation of the quality of life of the elderly,combining subjective and objective,qualitative and quantitative,and the characteristics of multi-level analysis,this paper introduces the analytic hierarchy process into the construction of the comprehensive evaluation index system for the quality of life of the elderly.The quality of life is measured;then based on the survey data of the “China Elderly Health Influencing Factors Tracking Survey”(CLHLS)in2014,the QOL of the overall quality of life of the rural residents in the new rural insurance and its four dimensions(economics)are established by establishing an orderly logistic model.Empirical analysis of consumption,mental health,environmental and social,and physical health.The results show that the new rural insurance not only has a significant positive impact on the overall quality of life QOL of rural elderly,but also has a positive and significant impact on the economic consumption,mental health,environment and social aspects of the elderly,especially in rural areas.The elderly have the greatest impact on economic consumption.The most direct impact of participating in the new rural insurance on the elderly is theincrease in economic income brought by pension income,and the increase in economic income can increase the consumption level of the elderly and improve the economic consumption of the elderly;pensions also make the elderly People’s dependence on children is reduced,family status is rising,the respect of the elderly is increased,and the probability of depression is reduced,which in turn makes the mental health status of the elderly significantly improved.Children are more respectful to the elderly and have a certain living environment for the elderly.The positive role,and more life guarantees increase the enthusiasm of older people to participate in social activities.However,empirical analysis also found that the new rural insurance has no significant impact on the physical health of the elderly,mainly because the implementation time of the new rural insurance in China is relatively short,and the impact of the long-term cumulative impact of health on the impact of health is not Obviously,this led to this result.Finally,based on the conclusions drawn from the analysis,this paper proposes corresponding countermeasures.
