Research On The Intergration Of Food Supply Chain For Multifunctional Agriculture

People's lifestyles and consumption habits are constantly changing as the economy improves.Consumers in the new era pay more and more attention to the wonderful experience brought by consumption.Their pursuit of food not only stays at the level of the belly,but also pays more attention to the nutritional value outside the food,so multi-functional agriculture comes into being.Multi-functional agriculture is a new type of agriculture,and its connotation is to develop several other functions besides the functions of agricultural economy,such as ecological functions,cultural functions,and leisure functions.The biggest inspiration for multi-functional agriculture to integrate food supply chains is that food has a lot of added value in addition to satisfying human food supply.This added value can bring considerable benefits to grain enterprises and help farmers to increase their income.The research on the supply chain of grain enterprises should not stay in the traditional food supply chain thinking.It should open up the research horizon and seek a green and healthy new food supply chain application mode while ensuring grain output.The main content of this paper firstly expounds the research background and significance,systematically combs the literature on multifunctional agriculture and food supply chain,and explains the research methods and technical routes.Then it expounds some subject concepts for multi-functional agricultural food supply chain.The status quo of the grain industry,the history and future of multi-functional agriculture has been deeply analyzed,pointing out the necessity of researching the integration of multi-purpose agricultural food supply chain.Secondly,the food supply chain oriented to multifunctional agriculture contains different distinctions and connections.Three seed chains,one is the main grain supply chain,the second is the secondary grain supply chain,and the third is the food service supply chain.The integration of food supply chain for multi-functional agriculture can be understood as the cluster integration of food supply chain,related agricultural and sideline product supply chain and big health leisure tourism service supply chain based on industrial integration.This paper also analyzes three types of supply chain.The integration process is followed by the establishment of a food supply chain integration benefit evaluation index system for multi-purpose agriculture based on the current development of the grain industry and grain enterprises,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and expert investigation method are selected as the case benefit evaluation method by comparing various benefit evaluation methods.Afterwards,the case analysis method was used to analyze the practice of Jiangsu Guorui Green Food Co.,Ltd.,using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)to determine the index weight,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to calculate the results before and after integration,and comparative analysis of the food supply chain for multifunctional agriculture.Integrate the results of benefit evaluation,consider whether the integrated food supply chain process can be promoted,and what problems still exist in the chain can be corrected;finally,based on theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,the conclusions of this paper are drawn,and the food supply chain for multifunctional agriculture Integration is not only Enterprises bring economic benefits and also increase the ecological and social benefits of enterprises.The academic achievements of this research include proposing a conceptual model of food supply chain integration innovation for multi-functional agriculture,and expounding its theoretical source and theoretical significance;establishing a food supply chain integration benefit evaluation index system for multi-functional agriculture;the food supply chain of multi-functional agriculture has significant economic benefits,and ecological and social benefits are also obvious.
