Contribution Of Productive Service Industry In Northeast China To The Regional Economic Growth And Empirical Study

With the rapid development of the economy,service industry has replaced industry to become an important indicator of the level of economic development of a country(region).As an important part of the service industry,the producer service industry has played an important role in improving the level of industrial development and promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,and has become an indispensable part in the process of economic development.As the old industrial base of China,in recent years,due to the single industrial structure and strong resource dependence,the economy of the northeast region has experienced a sharp decline,far behind the developed provinces in the east,the problem of the industrial structure optimization and upgrading and the sustained and healthy development of the economy in the northeast region has become an urgent problem to be solved.Therefore,how to improve the internal structure of the productive service industry and effectively play the role of the productive service industry and realize the benign interaction between the productive service industry and other industrial sectors is important to improve the efficiency of resource utilization and transforme the economic development mode and realize the sustainability and healthy of economy in the Northeast region.Based on the basic theory of the contribution of producer services to economic growth,this paper will use the panel data and input-output analysis to analyze the economic growth and the industrial linkages of production services and other industries in various sub-sectors of the producer service industry in Northeast China.The results show that:(1)In recent years,the proportion of producer services in the northeastern region has risen in the service industry and played an increasingly important role in promoting regional economic growth,but it is still not the leading industry.(2)Among the various industries within the producer service industry,the traditional industries that contribute to economic growth are transportation,warehousing and postal services.As a new productive service,the contribution of financial industry to economic growth is smaller.(3)From the perspective of industrial linkage,the intermediate demand rate and input rate of the producer service industry in Northeast China are relatively low,and the characteristics of the intermediate demand products are not clearly reflected.The producer service industry is closely related to the manufacturing industry and the construction industry.The products of the producer service industry mainly flow to these two industries.The impact of the producer service industry on culture,sports and entertainment industry is also constantly strengthening,and the production service industry has a greater impact on its own development.From the perspective of industrial fluctuations,the impact of the producer service industry on other industries is basically close to or greater than the social average level,the effect of the industry is more obvious,and it has a great contribution to the economy.According to the research conclusions,suggestions are proposed to improve the development level of the producer service industry and promote the development of the financial industry.
