With the continuous expansion of the scale of enterprises in our country,the competition between enterprises is no longer just the competition of price and service.The progress of the times has made it the competition between the whole supply chain.The improvement of enterprise supplier relationship management can bring many advantages to enterprises.The continuous improvement of supplier relationship management can enable enterprises to save funds from all aspects,and can also reduce the management cost of enterprises from every link of the enterprise,improve the competitiveness of enterprises,and provide an important foundation for the sustainable development of the company.After deeply understanding the situation of Company F,this paper has grasped the current problems in Company F through the analysis of the supplier relationship management of Company F:There is a lack of effective trust mechanism between Company F and suppliers;The communication mechanism in F Company's supplier relationship management is unreasonable.Company F has improper performance appraisal and incentive system for suppliers;F Company's suppliers have insufficient cooperative management mechanism and low response level.Through discussion and analysis,find out the root cause of the problem:Company F is too concentrated in the procurement of suppliers;Company F's selection methods and assessment criteria for suppliers are not perfect.Company F lacks effective exit mechanism and incentive mechanism;Company F lacks supplier classification management.According to the above reasons,analysis is made and solutions and improvement schemes are proposed to optimize the supplier relationship management of Company F:The establishment of a hierarchical supplier management mechanism;Establish a maintenance mechanism for supplier relations;The establishment of supplier performance management mechanism;The improvement of the supplier classification mechanism.Promote and implement the optimization plan within company f to control and improve the problems and finally achieve results.On the one hand,the research in this paper puts forward strategic suggestions for F company's supplier relationship management.Through optimizing F company's supplier relationship management scheme,F company can obtain more efficient production chain and higher quality products,have better market competitive advantages,reduce the resource consumption of enterprise supply chain to the greatest extent,and improve the operation efficiency of supply chain.On the other hand,it can provide a case analysis model for the same type of companies and provide theoretical support for future research in this area.
