The real estate industry plays an important role in China's economic growth and is an important part of China's economy.Therefore,the healthy development of the real estate industry is the key to the continuous growth of China's economy and the continuous improvement of people's quality of life.At this stage,China's real estate industry basically relies on bank credit to obtain funds to complete the project construction,making the project funds have poor stability.Various problems are likely to occur during the development of real estate projects.From a micro perspective,it is found that it will lead to a single internal financial structure,poor ability to withstand risks,insufficient use of social idle funds,and imperfect market capitalization systems.From a macro perspective,the potential risks of real estate projects will affect the security of bank credit and become a hidden danger that threatens the country's economic stability.The real estate industry has a very large demand for funds,and the construction period is long and the capital recovery time is long.These factors cause the real estate industry to use financial companies to obtain a large amount of funds to meet the project construction.Based on the current situation of financing in China's real estate industry,this paper summarizes the characteristics of China's real estate financial financing methods by collecting and collecting a large amount of information documents.Firstly,it analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of traditional banking financing,and analyzes the development of China's bank credit business.Then,it focuses on the analysis of real estate securitization financing methods.This paper takes C real estate enterprise as a research case,analyzes the problems in China's real estate industry through quantitative analysis,and concludes that asset securitization financing has a positive effect on C real estate enterprises,and expands financing channels and revitalizes for C real estate enterprises.Fixed assets and accelerated liquidity have opened up new directions.However,the application of C real estate enterprises to asset securitization is still in its infancy,and it has encountered related problems in basic asset selection,talent cultivation and social environment.This has carried out specific analysis and put forward constructive opinions,and also provided valuable opinions for China in the development of asset securitization financing,providing a healthy financing environment for the development of other industries in China.
