In recent years,trade war appeared,exchange rate fluctuation,labor costs keep rising,such as this makes our small foreign trade e-commerce company under great pressure,the traditional development mode has be eliminated,the analysis and research of the development strategy has become to be a trend.This article made research on results and practical experience,and through the data analysis,analysis from several aspects including the current situation,problems and reasons,the effect of the strategy,have safeguard measures,elaborated the small foreign trade e-commerce company in our country under the current external environment change for it's own business strategy,accelerate the enterprise's strategic transformation,seek survival and development under the new competition situation.The strategies include Informatization promotion,emphasizing marketing,promote the added value,promote companies' abilities,applying marketing communication theory to operate business,and Focus on intellectual property risk.Finally analyzes main representative of our small foreign trade e-commerce company in china,The LM company's problems are rather representative,can reflect the majority of problems,through the analysis of the problems of LM company,it provides the choice direction,business strategy in the enterprise construction of big data,business structure optimization,the reform of organization structure adjustment direction is beginning to make a change and effect,on the basis of the above work,proposed to our small foreign trade e-commerce company development strategy:In the complex and changeable market,the enterprise's advantages and core competitiveness can be re-shaped through big data analysis,improved marketing,new technology promotion and other transformation implementation.
