| Most of the previous studies focused on the influence of leadership style on employees' work performance,job satisfaction,turnover intention,etc.Different from previous studies,this study focused on leaders,and discussed the influence of servant leadership on leaders' creativity.In this study,140 sets(420 pairs)of leader-employee matching questionnaires were distributed to enterprises and institutions in Suzhou,Yangzhou and Taizhou,and data of relevant variables were eollected at three times.315 pairs of valid Samples were obta:ined.Finally,122 valid samples were obtained by aggregating employee-level data into leader-level data.Statistical analysis methods such as regression analysis and Bootstrap were used to process the data,and the results show that(1)servant leadership has positive correlation with leader's vigor;(2)leader's vigor mediates the influence of servant leadership on leader's creativity;(3)relational energy negatively moderates the positive correlation between servant leadership and leader's vigor,that is,compared with high-level of relational energy,when the leader's level of relational energy is low,the relationship between servant leadership and leader's vigor is stronger.(4)Relational energy negatively moderates the mediating effect of servant leadership on leader's creativity through leader's vigor.Exploring the relationship between servant leadership,leader's vigor,relational energy and leader's creativity can expand the research on the influencing factors of leader's creativity. |
