Research On The Risk Management Of QL Company Under The Background Of Integration Of Industry And Finance

Under the background of slowing economic growth and the policies to cut overcapacity and leverage,the manufacturing industry is facing the problem of overcapacity and its development is constrained.Manufacturing companies began to look for new development paths,penetrated the financial industry,and gradually formed a development model of integration of industry and finance.The integration of industry and finance makes these enterprises face greater risks.Therefore,how to effectively prevent risks has become an urgent problem to be solved.In this paper,QL Company established QL Microfinance entered the financial sector.However,QL Microfinance lost money year after year,which caused a huge loss to QL Company.In the mode of integration of industry and finance,enterprises need to pay more attention to risk management and establish a risk control system to resist multiple risks from inside and outside.First of all,this paper elaborates the main theoretical basis of COSO risk management theory in depth.Secondly,it introduces the background of QL Company,including the reasons,advantages,patterns of integration of industry and finance,and analyzing the performance of QL Microfinance.On this basis,the paper from eight elements of COSO risk management theory to analyzing the risk management performance of QL Company.Pointing out the risk management problems faced by QL Company and explains its causes.Furthermore,combining with the theoretical basis,the countermeasures for the risk management of QL Company are proposed.Finally,the paper summarizes the full text and puts forward suggestions for the future development of QL Company's industry-finance integration.
