Research On Optimization Of Tax Risk Management System Of Y City Tax Bureau

With the deepening of socialist reform and the continuous development of social economy in China,Y City Tax Bureau has bid farewell to the traditional tax management mode,introduced the concept of risk management and constructed a risk management system in the daily tax management,and achieved good results.However,there are also models of risk early warning in the work.To strengthen,tax risk management early warning identification index quality accuracy is low,risk response measures are not perfect,and tax-related risk response effect needs to be improved.Through this study,we try to provide a set of effective optimization scheme for the construction of the tax risk management system of Y city tax bureau,so as to improve the efficiency of tax risk management and improve its management and service level.Studying the tax risk management mode of Y city tax bureau is helpful to promote the reform of tax collection and management system in our country and avoid the loss of tax greatly;it is helpful to optimize the allocation of tax management resources and establish a harmonious relationship between tax collection and payment;it is also helpful to provide effective experience promotion for the tax departments of the whole province and the whole country's brothers units and to fight against the national tax system.Making learning,efficient and service-oriented government has demonstrative effect.Based on the analysis of the present situation of the tax risk management system of the Y City Tax Bureau,combining with the advanced theoretical research results at home and abroad and relevant research methods,this paper puts forward the construction of a "four in one" comprehensive risk management system in the tax collection and management work of the Y City Tax Bureau."Four aspects to create a scientific,complete and efficient tax risk management mode.On the optimization of the tax risk management system of the Y City Tax Bureau,this paper refers to the research results of the tax risk management at home and abroad,draws lessons from the practical experience of the tax risk management at home and abroad,puts forward the implementation measures of the"four in one" comprehensive risk management system of the Y City Tax Bureau,and systematically defines the Ministry of Taxation.The functions of taxation service and levy management are put forward,and the optimal safeguard measures of"one-dimensional leading,dual support" are put forward.
