Empirical Study On The Performance Of Integrated Management Of Old City Reconstruction Based On Space Syntax

With the rapid development of urbanization,the city's old city center often gathered a large number of the population and Industry.While promoting economic growth,it will also lead to undesirable phenomena such as labor surplus and environmental degradation.When the old city transformation can't keep up with the speed of development and meet the demand,this will make the old town that had been prosperous in the past become the disaster areas of urban problems.With the concept of sustainability and human care deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,regarding the renovation and renovation of the old city,people no longer consider economic growth unilaterally,and more pursue the coordination of various aspects such as promoting social harmony,resource conservation and environmental improvement.In order to improve the scientific and rationality of the old city transformation,this paper,under the inspiration of the core concept-space organization in the space syntax,believes that the old city transformation is a purposeful and planned reorganization of the original spatial structure model,and stresses the importance of the fundamentals of spatial factors and the transformation from the overall perspective of the city.The spatial organization emphasizes the close correlation between the local and the whole,so that the renewal of the local scope also needs to consider the compliance of the spatial texture of the region or even the entire city.At the same time,the scientific nature of the spatial structure update is inseparable from the discussion of the regional functional benefits.Therefore,the transformation of the old city can be regarded as a human activity that covers the diversified objectives of economy,environment and resources,and undergoes a series of complicated implementation processes to update and reorganize the old city space.Combined with the theory of integrated management,this paper discusses the methods and contents of the whole process of old city reconstruction,and puts forward the theory of integrated management of old city reconstruction from the perspective of space.Secondly,from the perspective of urban and regional integrity,the axis model is built to analyze and analyze the old city space,and the urban benefits brought by it are objectively evaluated.The index system is established from the four aspects of economy,environment,society and resources,and the evaluation model is constructed by using the entropy weight fuzzy evaluation method.Finally,an empirical study was carried out in conjunction with the case of Harbin Old City Reconstruction.
