In recent years,China’s financial reform is deepening.The financial industry is in an extremely important period of strategic transformation under the constant opportunities and challenges.From 2000 to now,bank acceptance bill,as a main intermediate source of income for banks,has gradually been favored and become one of the main financing tools of banks in the increasingly fierce market competition environment.For enterprises,bank acceptance bill can not only provide more diversified ways for enterprises to obtain funds,but also more convenient,reducing the high financing costs caused by financing difficulties.However,behind the rapid development is the constant exposure of potential risks.In recent years,there have been endless risk incidents related to bank bills.The major M Bank bill risk case in 2016 is a typical case.The case involved a large number of banks and suspects,which had a great impact on the financial market at that time.Therefore,it is very important to analyze the current risks of commercial banks in China based on M Bank.Taking M Bank Bill Risk Case as the breakthrough point,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the specific causes of M Bank’s risks.It holds that M Bank has some problems in risk control,internal control system,employee risk awareness and change internal and external information transmission.On the basis of the analysis,it puts forward the establishment of risk management strategy,improvement of internal control system and optimization of risk.The purpose of this paper is to provide relevant advice for M Bank to prevent the recurrence of bill risk through analysis,and to provide some reference for other banks in risk prevention and control.
