At present,it is a critical period for the development of the new energy automobile market in China.Under the influence of the international market,the new energy automobile has brought a turning point to the automobile industry of our country and has certain competitive advantages.If Ping An Property Insurance Company B wants to have a foothold in the future competition of new energy automobile market,it is necessary to change its management strategy.The most effective and scientific way to improve the quality of customer service is to improve the satisfaction of customer claims service.This paper takes Ping An Property Insurance Company B as an empirical research object,takes its development and growth process as the research and analysis content,combines with the theoretical research on customer satisfaction evaluation at home and abroad,considers the factors affecting customer satisfaction with claims,and establishes the customer satisfaction evaluation model of Ping An Property Insurance Company B,and validates the evaluation through a large number of practical questionnaires and results analysis.The rationality and scientificity of the model.The conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)Through the analysis of various evaluation models at home and abroad,the influencing factors of customer satisfaction of Ping An Property Insurance Company B are concluded: customer expectation,value perception,customer satisfaction,customer loyalty,customer complaints.This is the core content of the evaluation model.(2)Through the analysis of the data obtained from the questionnaire survey,to support the scientific rationality of the evaluation model,and on this basis,to establish,improve and improve the customer satisfaction evaluation system,and put forward suggestions to further improve customer satisfaction.However,due to the limitations of the number of respondents,the survey results can not be used as scientific research,in order to provide value for future practice in this area.
