In recent years,China's economic restructuring has entered an all-round stage of development,and the reform of state-owned enterprises has gradually transformed into a new level.General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed that "promoting the reform of state-owned enterprises should be conducive to improving the competitiveness of the state-owned economy." This has established a value judgment standard for state-owned enterprise reform.In particular,the emergence and growth of private enterprises,joint ventures and foreign companies have brought historic challenges to the reform and development of state-owned enterprises.As we all know,state-owned enterprises enjoy high welfare benefits and a wide range of coverage.However,with the development of market economy and the new high-pressure situation of strict control of the party in China,the welfare system of state-owned enterprises remains unchanged,the welfare cost continues to rise,and the welfare effect gradually weakens,which restricts the pace of reform and development of state-owned enterprises.The reform of the traditional welfare system is very important for state-owned enterprises to retain and attract talents and strengthen their incentive role in the fierce competition.This paper selects the welfare of LD company as the research object,and takes the employee welfare satisfaction survey of the company as the starting point,summarizes and analyzes the existing problems in the welfare system,and draws on the experience of flexible welfare system that is currently applied well in major enterprises.Try to explore the establishment of a menu type flexible welfare system in LD company,and carry out pre-evaluation of the results,the overall satisfaction of employees has been improved,the cost of corporate welfare has been effectively controlled,and the company and employees have achieved a win-win situation.This article is an empirical study on the welfare of LD employees.The results of this study will have a certain guiding significance for the optimization and improvement of LD employees 'welfare system,and provide reference for other small and medium-sized state-owned enterprises to implement employee welfare system and further theoretical research.
