In recent years,China's real estate industry has developed rapidly and has become an important industry that affects China's economic development.However,as a capital-intensive industry,the development of the real estate industry must be based on adequate funding.However,it is worth noting that at present,while the industry is developing rapidly,there are also many serious problems:such as single financing channels,high debt risks,and slow return of funds.These risks increase the risk of corporate capital chain breaks,and thus China The financial system,and even the entire economy,has enormous potential risks.The problems arising in the capital chain link will directly affect the survival and development of the enterprise.In the context of sample delivery,the optimization research and analysis of the risk management of the capital chain is necessary to ensure the good development of real estate enterprises and China's economy.Therefore,this paper uses literature research method,normative analysis method,case analysis and other research methods to study the optimization of B real estate company's capital chain risk management.Firstly,the background and significance of the research are explained.The related literatures at home and abroad are reviewed.The research ideas and methods,main contents and innovations of the thesis are expounded.Secondly,it defines the concept and related theoretical basis of the risk management of real estate enterprises' capital chain,including the concept related to real estate capital chain,the target content and main methods of real estate enterprise capital chain risk management.Thirdly,taking B real estate company as a case,the real estate company's capital chain is summarized.Through the three stages in the capital chain flow cycle,the status quo and existing problems of the capital chain risk management are analyzed in depth.Fourthly,from the three stages of the capital chain flow cycle,the problems and causes of real estate companies in the risk management of capital chain are analyzed in depth.Fifthly,aiming at these problems and risks of real estate companies,this paper proposes a system of capital chain risk management optimization principles,optimization goals and optimization programs to avoid potential risks and provide suggestions and countermeasures for real estate companies' capital chain risk management.Finally,the conclusions of the study are summarized and the shortcomings and prospects are put forward.This paper mainly analyzes and analyzes the risk management of real estate company's capital chain,reveals the problems of real estate company's current high debt,high financial leverage and hidden capital chain risk management in project development,and proposes the specific optimization of real estate company's capital chain risk management.On this basis,the program has brought certain inspirations to the risk management of the real estate company's capital chain,and provides reference for the optimization of the capital chain for the development of other enterprise projects in the real estate industry.
