| Compared with traditional asset securitization,patent asset securitization serves as a new form to transfer the basic assets of securitization from physical capital to intellectual capital such as patents.Backed by prospective earnings of patents,patent asset securitization issues securities that can be circulated in the market for financing.In recent years,as the patent operation system in China has rapidly advanced and the system of patent pledge financing and insurance business have developed steadily,China is also actively exploring the undertaking of patent securitization and takes Hainan as the first batch of pilot patent securitization financing.In the process of patent securitization,however,compared with tangible assets,cash flow which is formed by the patent itself is less stable.Thus,the value of patent assets relies more on operation ability of enterprises,so that it caused that the patent securitization on the value evaluation which plays an increasingly vital role in patent securitization tends to have a great deal of uncertainty.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the evaluation methods suitable for the value of patent portfolio involved in the securitization of patent assets and to construct the patent value evaluation index system and evaluation model in order to solve problems of value evaluation during the securitization of patent assets in China and to improve the securitization of patent assets in China.This paper,attempts to have a study on the patent value evaluation involved in patent securitization researches,on the basis of related literatures at home and abroad,along with the analysis of previous methods of patent value evaluation,and it finally draws a conclusion about the characteristics and disadvantages of various methods.In addition,it also further put forward a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method which is able to cope with problems with fuzziness in an all-around way,and hopefully proposes a more scientific and greater patent value evaluation index system.At the same time,the steps of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model are given,so as to make the results of patent value evaluation in the securitization of patent assets more objective,more systematic and more scientific.Many factors in this paper that are difficult to be measured in terms of ideality are precisely quantified in avoid of individual subjective and objective factors in the evaluation.With methods of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis that model makes the evaluation thinking perfect which takes all factors into consideration comprehensively.In addition,in order to further understand the specific operation of that method,in this paper,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to the practical cases.Such a case as the transfer of patent assets for domestic new energy automobile enterprises,it adopts the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to secure an evaluation result.In this way,that result is compared with actual evaluating results with cost method.It is finally found in the study that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model by contrast is a better and more practical way for patent value evaluation,which is conducive to reduce some risks for the implementation of the patent securitization,and to further promote the development of patent securitization. |
