Research On The Traceability Information Most Concerned By Consumers Of Food For Special Medical Purposes

Facing frequent food safety accidents,developed countries and regions around the world have promulgated laws and regulations one after another to emphasize the importance of food traceability.Our government has also begun to promote the construction of food safety traceability system.Food for Special Medical Purpose have been transformed from enteral nutrition preparations originally used as "pharmaceutical qualified" to food with "special medical qualified" nowadays.We should trace back to the source and control its safety from the source.And the National Health Planning Commission promulgated the "National Food Safety Standards for Good Production of Food for Special Medical Purposes" which proposed that the traceability and recall system of special medical food should be established.At present,our traceability system has been developed,but the utilization rate of information is low.The reason is that the information provided by the traceability system is overloaded or too little.In summary,We should find out the traceability information that consumers are most concerned about and provide the traceability information that consumers need.From the perspective of consumers,this paper summarizes the relevant research and field survey in recent years,using statistical analysis and building models,find out the quality and safety traceability information that consumers are most concerned about,as well as its influencing factors.To provide feasible suggestions for establishing traceability platform of quality and safety of special medical food from three perspectives of government,enterprises and consumers.Further promoting the development of traceability system of quality and safety of special medical food..Firstly,this paper introduces the research background,research purpose and significance,research status at home and abroad,research methods and routes,research content and innovation.Secondly,this paper describes the relevant theories and status of traceability of Food for Special Medical Purposes.Then use Excel to make descriptive statistical analysis of the data,obtain traceability information of quality and safety that special medical food consumers are most concerned about,and using statistical software to analyze data,establish multiple ordered logit model,and get its influencing factors.Finally,from the perspective of the government,enterprises and consumers,it provides feasible suggestions,and explains the research conclusions and prospects.According to the results of the survey,The older the consumers are,the more concerned they are about the raw material inspection report,approval number information and the use of treatment course information.Employees of government departments,enterprises and institutions pay more attention to raw material inspection report,processing enterprise information,sales volume information,use of course information,transportation record whether cold chain logistics and its disinfection are included than workers and farmers.Married consumers pay more attention to the information of cold chain logistics,disinfection and hygiene in transport records than unmarried consumers.Consumers with higher income pay more attention to dealer information and so on.This study will provide inspiration and guidance for the construction of traceability system of quality and safety of special medical food in China.
