Research On The Integration Model Of "Breeding,Reproduction,Extension,Training And Servicing " Of Seed Enterprises In Anhui Province

Seed is the most basic and irreplaceable means of production in agricultural production.Modern seed industry is a national strategic and basic industry.China's seed industry enterprises need to be bigger and stronger urgently.They need to exchange services for markets.In order to improve production efficiency and realize the rapid development of agriculture,farmers also need improved varieties and improved methods in production.In order to promote the effective connection between small farmers and large markets,improve the competitiveness of large seed enterprises in Anhui Province,promote farmers to master seed-specific cultivation techniques,and improve the ability of benefit distribution and risk prevention between large seed enterprises and farmers in Anhui Province,this paper proposes to build the integration of seed enterprises'breeding,reproduction,extension,training and servicing,which further meets the urgent needs of farmers as the main body.It is of great practical value to accelerate the development of modern agriculture and to make seed enterprises bigger and stronger.Based on the theory of integrated management strategy,this paper carries out an empirical study on the integration of "breeding,propagation,cultivation and clothing"in seed enterprises.Taking the seed industries of Quanyin,Longping and Fengle in Anhui Province as the research objects,this paper conducts a questionnaire survey on farmers'purchasing ways and willingness to receive services.The problems found are as follows:(1)The educational level of personnel in seed enterprises needs to be improved.(2)Farmers receive less training,and the training mechanism for seed enterprises is not perfect.(3)Farmers have diversified ways of purchasing seeds,but the marketing methods of seed enterprises are too single.(4)Farmers expect enterprises to provide certain services,but the service system of seed enterprises is not perfect.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward an integrated operation mode of"Breeding,Reproduction,Extension,Training and Servicing".One is the integrated operation mode of the group,the other is the operation mode of the industrial complex.In view of two different operation modes,different operation mechanisms are put forward.Under the mode of group integration,the benefit distribution mechanism is contract type,the risk prevention mechanism adopts price protection mechanism,and the benefit connection under the mode of industrialization consortium mainly adopts cooperative mode,and the risk prevention mechanism adopts risk fund mechanism.Finally,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for seed enterprises and the government,mainly including carrying out a number of farmer service measures,improving farmer training system,strengthening independent intellectual property rights,and strengthening the safety supervision of the seed industry.
