Since the establishment of Wuhan Donghu Entrepreneurship Service Center in 1987,incubator has been developing as an important part of China's industrial chain for more than 30 years.From the 2015 Central Government proposal for "encourage people to do business creatively and drive innovation",incubators have entered in a period of vigorous development,under the guidance of the government,there are lots of incubators have come up.The incubator is also transformed into a government-led,market-oriented operation model.However,starting from the second half of 2018,the government policy support funds were gradually reduced or even withdrawn.Since a large number of incubators relied on fund of government purchase services,the pressure of government funds to withdraw from the market-oriented operation of the incubation institutions suddenly increase,the incubator enters the market elimination period.Thinking of the entrepreneur service of incubator,the incubator service capacity and service quality will play a considerable role in the recognition of the incubator in the market.How to analyze the service quality of the incubator and how to propose countermeasures for the service quality of the incubator has become very important.This research will take the Liuzhou X Incubator as the research object,analyze the behavioral subjects and products in the incubation service,use the service blueprint and other tools to clarify the delivery method of the incubation service,find the possible failure points,and then use the 5-gap model,analyze the reason of the X incubator's ervice quality problem during the incubation service;to improve the service of the X incubator by bridging the 5-gaps in the service process,and helping the incubator to improve the service quality.
