Liuzhou,as the third-tier city in China,has developed rapidly since the reform and opening up.It has won the title of national health civilized city,livable city and world-class water carnival for many times.With the development of economy,the real estate industry in Liuzhou is also following the pace of the whole country and developing rapidly.As of June 2018,the data show that Liuzhou has become one of the fastest rising cities in the country.Similarly,the development of the real estate industry in Liuzhou is accompanied by the rapid growth of the secondary real estate market,which brings about the fast growth of the real estate intermediary industry in Liuzhou.Development.Since 2000,the second-hand housing intermediary service companies in Liuzhou have sprung up like mushrooms.By 2018,they have formed the situation of diversification of large companies,small companies and couple stores.Liuzhou Haiyi Real Estate Information Services Co.,Ltd.has also been accompanied by this upsurge and achieved good development.Liuzhou Haiyi Real Estate Information Co.,Ltd.was established in 2003.At present,there are 150 employees,13 stores and average monthly sales revenue of more than 800,000 yuan.At present,Liuzhou market is the fifth largest second-hand housing brokerage company after Baidu,Shihua,Hengji and Confucian House.With the intensification of market competition,there are certain bottlenecks in the development of the company,so the marketing methods of the company need to step up to the times.This article mainly aims at the marketing problems of Liuzhou Haiyi Real Estate Information Inquiry Co.,Ltd.and how to solve them.It explores how the company can continue to operate under the environment of Liuzhou Real Estate Secondary Market if it maintains its own advantages and solves its own problems,and gradually let the real estate industry develop rapidly and eventually become one.A hundred-year-old shop.This paper is divided into six parts to study the subject,the first part mainly includes the background and significance of this study,the ideas and framework of this study,and the research methods used;the second part is to analyze and summarize the marketing status of HY Real Estate Company;the third part is mainly to analyze the internal and external environment of HY Real Estate Company;the fourth part is to analyze the data obtained through the analysis.The fifth part is about the selection of marketing strategy for HY company,and the sixth part draws the final conclusion.Through this study,it has practical significance for HY company to improve its marketing strategy,do a good job in marketing planning,identify target customers,ultimately achieve sales revenue improvement,promote company profit growth,and ultimately achieve the company’s long-term sustainable development;at the same time,it also provides reference and reference for other similar enterprises,in order to enhance their viability through good marketing strategies,and for enterprises to self-help.The long-term development of body has certain reference value.
