Our country commercial bank customer system by company customer,individual customer,government organization customer,peer customer four big customer group together.In recent years,with the sustained and stable development of China’s national economy,the state,while deepening the reform of the fiscal treasury management system,has vigorously promoted the development of social and public services,such as health care,people’s livelihood protection,culture and education,and so on,especially in 2018.After the 19 th CPC National Congress,the reform of the Party and state institutions has been deeply promoted,which has provided a wider space for the business cooperation between Chinese commercial banks and customers of various government agencies,and the government agency business has gradually become one of the core businesses of modern commercial banks.Industrial and commercial bank A Branch was established in 1984,although it has a long history of carrying out the business of government agencies,but at present,the level of fine management of the business of government agencies of the Bank still needs to be improved,unable to carry out in-depth development of the market and customers,and the marketing efficiency is inefficient.There is a lot of duplication and ineffective work.Therefore,it is very important for ICBC A branch to study how to develop government business scientifically and steadily.Taking the government business of branch A of ICBC as the research object,this paper summarizes the domestic and foreign literature research,and analyzes the current situation of the development of the government agency business of ICBC from many angles and dimensions.The problems existing in the development of ICBC branch A are: lack of strategic layout of business structure,low level of refined management of customers,insufficient professional experience and marketing ability,and need to be optimized in marketing management system and management level.Secondly,the business development environment of ICBC A branch government agency is analyzed.Third,compare with the government business development of the same industry,and draw lessons from the development experience.Finally,the combination of external policy environment and internal.The comparative analysis of the development environment and business development of ICBC A branch government agencies providescountermeasures and measures for the development of ICBC A branch government business.It is considered that the main strategies for the development of ICBC branch A are: determining the main objectives of the business development of government agencies,implementing product innovation differentiation and formulating price strategies,in order to build a high-quality service platform and optimize team building.Strengthen the assessment incentive mechanism to break through the industrial and commercial bank A branch government business development bottleneck.This paper attempts to provide the theoretical basis for the stable,healthy and sustainable development of the government business of Industrial and Commercial Bank Branch A through the above analysis and put forward the countermeasures and corresponding measures for the business development of the A branch of the Industrial and Commercial Bank.Push ICBC to gain more initiative in market competition.At the same time,we also hope that the research results can provide reference value for the other 32 brother branches in ICBC system.
