Employees are essentially important in the development of a company.To a real estate management company,as a typical service company,the company's activities are executed and implemented by junior employees.Their job performance and efficiency will directly determine the service quality of the company,even of the service industry.Hence,it is necessary to constantly monitor employees' satisfaction,which is the critical factor affecting their motivationThis paper based on YT property management company's low competitiveness and development slowness,caused by the employees' low motivation and high attrition rate empirical studies junior employees' satisfaction,and strives to offer a constructive improvement proposal.Based on Multiple relative journal and papers' reading and by possessing theories and achievement of employees' satisfaction,this paper studies and explores the method of investigating,evaluating and analyzing employees' satisfactionIn practical investigation,the main content of questionnaire and interview outline are constituted by work,working reward,working environment,working group and management The study hierarchically and differently evaluates and analyzes survey data by using SPSS and EXCEL software,to discover the eight main factors that affecting the employees satisfaction in the company.Simultaneously,in the characteristic of YT company being an affiliate company,the study targets to propose an improvement strategy in the perspective of improving employees' salary and benefit,working environment and employees' management and adjusting department and employee structure,rules and regulations,and improving the managers' self-study ability and adjusting management methods,and constructing corporate development goals,to help improve the motivation of employees and expedite sustainable and healthy development.At the same time,it is also expected to provide some data and conclusion support for the property management industry to issue a unified and standardized internal management system based on the results of case studies.
