Since the rise of Internet finance,more and more people begin to accept multi-platform and multi-channel financial services.Multi-platform Internet finance squeezes the operating space of Banks,and at the same time,because of the multiple pressures such as the marketization of interest rate,the cost of traditional operation mode of banks keeps increasing,and the surface of profit rapidly narrows,becoming not enough to support the rapid development of banks.Whether it is because of the environment of the world or the stimulation of policies or driving of competition,promoting the smart reform of all industries with advanced technology means has become a inexorable trend.Banking industry plays an important role in China's economic development,the smart industry reform is bound to put forward new smart requirements for the construction of the banking industry.Bank branches are the main channel of services of commercial banks.And the construction of intelligent branches is the main point of the construction of intelligent banks.The construction of intelligent bank branches should be guided by the concept of intelligent banks and carried out through new technology means and advanced machines and equipment and high performance operating system,to bring about changes to the business process and operating mode of bank branches.The targets of the smart transformation of the business process of bank branches are:improving the business efficiency of the banks,lowering the cost,improving the quality of services,realizing effective client management;making the business process become more scientific and efficient so that more human resources can be directly liberated and put into marketing activities to promote the marketing business;making effective use of new technologies in the business process to improve the ability of client digging,driving precise marketing and realizing personalized,professional and highly efficient services;making new technology means and experiential marketing supplement each other and comprehensively enhance the core competence of bank branches.Currently,a number of measures have been taken by the banking industry in the smart transformation of bank branches,in which the cancellation of counters of the Agricultural Bank of China is a typical example.However,such problems as low efficiency,bad experience and lagging performance occurred in the business process of the branches after the transformation,and it has become very important to make the business process better meet the requirements of intelligent banks under these measures and help the realization of the targets of smart transformation of bank branches.This paper uses the LQ branch of the Agricultural Bank of China as an example,based on domestic and international fundamental theories of the construction of intelligent banks,adopting the research method of combining theories with real cases,analyzes the situation of the counter cancellation transformation of the LQ branch of the Agricultural Bank of China,puts forward the problems after the transformation,analyzes the causes and reconstructs the business process of the branches using the BPR theory.And at the same time,this paper puts forward the evaluation standards for the reconstruction plan based on the theory of client satisfaction and comes up with the supporting measures according to the supporting elements needed in the business process reconstruction of intelligent bank branches.This paper aims to further optimize the non-counter business process of the LQ branch of the Agricultural Bank of China,to construct a business process that can better meet the requirements of intelligent banks to support the target of higher performance.
