Employee Relations Management is an important part of human resource management.With the discovery of relevant studies at home and abroad,a perfect Employee Relations Management system will enable employees to have a high degree of trust and satisfaction with the enterprise,enhance the organizational commitment of employees,so as to improve employee performance and satisfaction,reduce the turnover rate,and bring vigor and vitality to the development of the enterprise.Therefore,building harmonious Employee Relations and realizing scientific and effective Employee Relations Management have become one of the key tasks for modern enterprises to attract,train and retain talents.This paper takes the BC branch of state-owned commercial bank as the research object,applies the relevant theories of Employee Relations Management,and analyzes and demonstrates in the following three aspects through questionnaires and interviews:Firstly,by summarizing the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on Employee Relations Management,this paper introduces the connotation and theoretical basis of Employee Relations Management.Secondly,this paper introduces the BC branch Employee Relations Management present situation,main branch,staff structure and characteristics,as well as the main content and research status quo of Employee Relations Management system,and according to the actual situation and the results of the survey from the personal career development,work environment,salary,benefits,and employee recognition four aspects analysis the BC branch Employee Relations Management problems.Finally,in view of the BC branch's Employee Relations Management problems,design a set of effective and reasonable Employee Relations Management optimization strategy.As to help the BC branch to establish a harmonious employee relations,reduce the incidence of disputes and departure,for its better retain talent,enhance the overall professional quality of the staff,promote enterprise and staff,staff and effective communication between employees and create a good working environment,to provide a practical reference to optimize the ideas and methods.At the same time,as the research object of this paper is state-owned Banks,on the basis of homogenization competition and management,the research conclusion of this paper has certain reference function for state-owned Banks to optimize and improve the relationship between organizations and employees under the premise of high business pressure and difficulty in employment.
