Due to the limitation of resources and strength of SMEs,they do not have competitive advantages with large enterprises in terms of production cost,market channels and brand influence.Especially with the increasing transparency of market price information and the logistics industry developping rapidly,almost every company can sale their products all over the national market.So SMEs also gradually lose their regional advantages.Therefore,it is necessary for them to realize their own advantages and make the correct company strategy,for they can survive and grow in the market competition.This article take NF company,which is a small refrigeration enterprise and has just entered the domestic market,as an analysis object,and use SWOT strategic analysis tools to analyze its advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats objectively,and use STP theory to do market segments,target market selection and positioning of the target market for NF company.Then use 4Ps marketing mix theory to make marketing strategies for NF company.Finally,according to the current situation of NF company,The article provides some suggestions for it to guarantee effect of the marketing strategy implementation.This article focuses on how NF companies can quickly and effectively enter the domestic refrigeration market all the time.The combination of theory and practice is used to study the marketing strategy of NF company.The study of this thesis will provide references and guiding significance for other small and medium-sized enterprises just like NF company,which are facing the survival and development problems.
