The Influence Mechanism Of Asset Securitization On Business Performance

Most of the heavy asset retail companies in China built and expanded themselves by themselves.The acquisition of the land was earlier,and the underlying assets have appreciated greatly.At the same time,under the background of sluggish consumption and e-commerce diversion,the competition in the retail industry is becoming increasingly intense.Asset securitization can turn the assets which are lack of liquidity and produce expected stable future cash flow into the assets with strong liquidity,expand the financing channels of enterprises.The core issue of this paper:how does asset securitization affect the wealth effect of enterprises?How does asset securitization affect corporate wealth effect?Research ideas:this paper sorts out the current situation of the retail industry,summarizes the staged achievements of the reform of traditional retail enterprises and the existing major problems to be solved.Using the case method from macro to micro,combining the theory of asymmetric information,agency conflict theory,the supervision of external governance theory and organizational resources redundancy theory research pilot enterprises store the wealth effect after realizing assets securitization,and from two aspects of cost savings and creation of value,the analysis of the effect of asset securitization to the enterprise wealth effect mechanism.Research objectives and expected findings:(1)further expand the analysis of whether asset securitization can optimize the company's operation in combination with the practice of rainbow mall,so as to provide theoretical support and path reference for the implementation of asset securitization;(2)taking the "transformation of traditional retail industry" as the research background and combining with the asset securitization process of rainbow mall,this paper studies the influence path of asset securitization from the perspective of cost saving and value creation.
