In the 21st century,talent is the most important.Equity incentive is a long-term incentive mechanism implemented by enterprises to better retain talents.As a long-term incentive mechanism,equity incentive has been effectively implemented in western countries,which proves the positive effect of this mode on the optimization of governance mode.This kind of incentive mechanism is mainly gives the operator part of shareholders' rights and interests,the interests of the operators and corporate interests closely linked,with the aid of this link to enhance the enthusiasm of operators for enterprise services,allows the operator to take risks and share the benefits together with the owner,let operators get a good drive,toward the enterprise strategic target continuous efforts,guarantees the realization of the target enterprise value.Equity incentive,a long-term incentive system,has attracted more and more attention.However,when analyzing the equity incentive model adopted by enterprises,many of them are blindly copied,which leads to the mismatch between the model adopted and the actual situation of enterprises and the ineffective performance of equity incentive effect.By combing the current theoretical research in China,it can be seen that most scholars have some theoretical research on equity incentive.Based on the analysis of the summary data,the research conclusions obtained provide effective reference for solving the problem of equity incentive in China's listed enterprises.In this paper,the existing research results have been fully studied before the study,combined with my own work,the previous theoretical research is sorted out,and selected specific cases for empirical analysis,draw conclusions.In order to make the final conclusion more representative and provide effective reference for more enterprises,SF enterprises with a leading position in the home furnishings industry were selected for research,and the equity incentive mechanism of this enterprise was studied.On the basis of paying attention to this element,performance evaluation criteria are constructed,and comparative analysis is conducted from many aspects,such as enterprises' short-term behavior,long-term development ability and market share.This paper starts with the analysis of the leading industry,manufacturing industry,and explores the specific factors that influence the choice of equity incentive model in this industry.Finally,the author puts forward Suggestions and countermeasures for the current...
