Study On Improvement Of Non-vessel Operating Common Carrier Of Capability Of Z Enterprise Based On SCP Equation

Z logistics is a moden logistics enterprise,which is the largest third party logistics enterprise in China.With the intensification of competition in the traditional freight forwarding market in recent years,some large state-owned enterprises and small to medium-sized freight forwarders continuously squeezed the profit margins,quite a few ship owners also set up the logistics departments trying to extend two-end logistics services,which making the original competitive market worse.In such circumstances,Z company explores the transformation of enterprises through NVOCC business.However,it develops slowly and its business volume is relatively small.Z company how to get rid of the slow development of NVOCC,it is particularly important for the development of enterprises to study how to improve the performance of NVOCC by improving its business capability.Based on the urgent dilemma and business practice in Z company's current development,aiming at the problems existing in Z logistics company,s non-vessel carrying business ability,this paper constructs the relationship model between enterprise capability and enterprise performance based on the application of SCP model.Using the method of structural equation,the quantitative conclusion between enterprise capability and enterprise performance is drawn,and the solution to enhance this capability is given.Route.In the first part,the background of the research is introduced.Firstly,the unbalanced development of NVOCC's business model at this stage presents a polarized development status.Secondly,the slow development of Z company's business is due to the lack of business capacity.Then,the relationship between business competence and performance is studied by SCP model to solve the problem of improving enterprise competence.In the part of theoretical basis and research status,the concept,development and main research fields of NVOCC are introduced.The second is the evolution of the theory of enterprise competence and the problems it has solved.Third,the evolution of SCP model and the problems that have been used to solve.The second part,through Z company NVOCC business development status,and according to the status quo to find out the existing problems of enterprise capacity.The third part,based on SCP paradigm,designs the structure of the model through model hypothesis,determines the model elements,calculates the path coefficients of each influencing factor by using structural equation method,and analyses the contribution of each result to performance.In the fourth part,on the basis of the third chapter model,according to the profit target set for the future development of the benchmark enterprise,the paper studies how to improve the enterprise,s ability,mainly in two ways:single factor promotion and two related simultaneously enhancement.And through cost-effective,find out the ability to the current enterprise development cost is relatively low and the most efficient way to enhance the ability.At the same time,the measures and reform suggestions of the enterprise are given in the light of the conclusion.In the fifth part,the shortcomings of the research are summarized and the future research is prospeeted.
