With the comprehensive advancement of China's medical reform,the pharmaceutical industry has ushered in a new period of development after the adjustment of industrial structure.H pharmaceutical company,with its rich products,good marketing methods and diversified distribution network,occupies a place in the fierce market competition.But at present,there are many problems such as weak research and development ability,serious homogenization of drugs.At the same time,although H pharmaceutical company has opened up its market with its complex and diversified distribution network,the amount of Near-validity term drug collected and recovered by dealers is also very large.At present,the company has no better response measures for near-validity term drug direct,they are usually destroyed directly.Based on the above background,it is proposed that H pharmaceutical company conducts drug allocation.By allocating drugs in the near term in advance,it achieves the purpose of reducing reverse logistics production and reducing enterprise operating costs.After introducing the general situation of H pharmaceutical company,this paper focuses on the analysis of the finished product business.Through the analysis of the current situation of drug sales,existing allocation and drug destruction after recovery,it points out that H pharmaceutical company has the problems of unreasonable allocation and large losses caused by near-validity term drug.Relying on the company's well-arranged distribution network and abundant resources,this paper constructs a drug allocation system for H pharmaceutical company.Firstly,a qualitative analysis is made on near-validity term drug allocation system.As the leading party,H pharmaceutical company initiates the near-validity term drug allocation and makes the decision on the near-validity term drug allocation.With the assistance of the downstream primary dealers of the company,the near-validity term drug allocation is jointly completed.Secondly,on the basis of qualitative analysis,a decision model of allocation in the near term is established,and a multi-objective programming model is constructed by taking into account two factors of allocation quantity and total allocation cost and a series of constraints.In this paper,the near-validity term drug quantity of H pharmaceutical company in northeast China in 2018 is put into the model,data is searched and relevant parameters are set,genetic algorithm is designed and solved by Matlab programming.According to the results of the model,the effect of drug allocation in the near term is analyzed,and the practicability of the drug allocation system in the near term is verified.By introducing data into the model,multiple drug allocation can be obtained,which can effectively reduce the number of drugs in the near term.After the allocation of near-validity term drug,the average operating cost of enterprises in the treatment of near-validity term drug has been reduced by about 40%.In general,the larger the number of drugs allocated in the near term,the more effective it is to reduce the treatment cost of near-validity term drug.
