At the end of 2016,the State Council issued the "notice on the issuance of the"13th Five-Year "plan to deepen the reform of the health care system"(Guo Fa 2016 No.78)clearly put forward the establishment of a standardized and orderly drug supply security system ".By 2017,the basic framework of the basic health care system has been basically formed,and the policy of drug production and circulation has been further improved.By 2020,the establishment of a more standardized drug supply security system.At the same time,as the second largest pharmaceutical sales terminal,retail pharmacy terminal sales continue to maintain growth momentum,in 2016 sales reached ?337 billion 500 million,an increase of 8.5%over the same period last year.Under the dual promotion of policy and market demand,the pharmaceutical industry is in urgent need of speeding up the development of modern logistics.Under the background of the great development of pharmaceutical logistics,this paper selects the retail pharmacy chain as the research object,In order to solve the problem of nearly valid drug distribution appearing in the pharmacy a near term drug distribution system was proposed.Use the drugstore chain management advantages,let each pharmacy bear the liability of share nearly valid drug for other pharmacies,Make them become the risk sharing community.And urge enterprises monthly investigation nearly valid drugs to make the drug is consumed before it expires,or before it goes into reverse logistics,to reduce the waste of resources aslo,for enterprises to improve lgistics efficiency.In order to meet the requirements of chain pharmacies to improve the efficiency and reduce the cost of drug distribution,while considering the pharmacy business hours,and each pharmacy at the same time there are different kinds of drugs for drug and drug delivery of dual demand,this paper established the optimization model for vehicle routing problem strategy of the dual needs of delivery with time windows,to solve the problem of the transfer between different stores.Then the genetic algorithm is used to solve the model,and an example is used to verify the rationality and effectiveness of the model.And the optimal scheme of nearly valid drug delivery and transportation is obtained.The results show that the model is reasonable and effective,and it can improve the efficiency and rationality of the whole process of chain drugstores.It provides effective decision support for drug distribution.
